If your accommodation is outside the Old Quarter, please meet us at the Hanoi Opera House, 1 Trang Tien Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. Our friendly tour guide and experienced drivers will welcome you at your hotel lobby or designated meeting point. Before departure, you will receive a brief introduction, safety instructions, and a suitable helmet to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please be ready at your confirmed pickup location before the scheduled departure time. Our team will confirm your exact pickup details after your booking is arranged.

Accessibility
This tour involves riding as a passenger on a motorbike and requires guests to be able to get on and off the vehicle safely. Unfortunately, the experience is not wheelchair accessible. Helmets are provided, and all participants must follow the safety instructions given by our experienced drivers. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
