Why we use it
We use this information to review requests, coordinate guides and drivers, provide customer support, prevent fraud, keep financial records and meet legal obligations.
Payment information
We do not collect card or online-wallet payments on this website. We keep only the payment status needed to operate a booking: unpaid, paid in full or paid through a booking platform.
Sharing and retention
Operational details are shared only with authorized staff, assigned guides/drivers and service providers where necessary. Records are retained only as required for operations, disputes, accounting and law.
Your request
Contact support to request access or correction. Some booking and finance records must be retained for legitimate legal or accounting purposes.
Optional website measurement
The Google Ads tag loads with advertising storage denied by default and may send measurements without cookies before you choose. If you allow measurement, advertising storage is enabled and Google Ads measures a contact conversion after we successfully receive a tour booking request. Google Analytics, when configured, may also measure visits and tour enquiries. Booking events do not include your name, email, phone number, booking code or booking value. Advertising personalization and enhanced conversions remain disabled. Google may process device and network information as described in its privacy policy. Declining measurement does not affect booking.
