Submitting Reserve Now creates a request, not an immediate confirmation. A direct booking becomes confirmed only after availability review and our written confirmation.
Traveller information
You must provide accurate contact, traveller, pickup and accessibility information and notify us promptly of changes.
Third-party bookings
Bookings made through an online travel agency are also subject to that platform's terms, payment collection and refund process.
Tour changes
Safety, weather, traffic or local restrictions may require reasonable route or timing changes. Material changes will be communicated using your booking contact details.
